Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most unused kitchen knives within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The knife must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Used knives or items showing signs of wear.
Customized or engraved knives.
Clearance or final sale items.
Knife accessories that have been used or unsealed.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our team at support@knivescollection.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Carefully package the knife to avoid damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please Note:
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the knife is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable, we may deny the refund or offer a partial refund.

Exchanges

We only replace knives if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was sent. If this applies, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@knivescollection.com with a photo of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Knives

If you receive a knife that is damaged or not what you ordered:

Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
Contact us within 7 days at support@knivescollection.com.
We will send a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Order Cancellation Policy

At KnivesCollection.com, we understand that mistakes happen and plans can change.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — no questions asked.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
